How to request help
Email from the address used at purchase with your name, order or payment reference, purchase date, and reason. Do not send full card or bank credentials. Requests involving duplicate or incorrect charges, access issues, cancellations, or refunds are reviewed against the disclosed offer terms and applicable law.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount, method, and expected timing. The payment provider or bank may need additional processing time.
Session changes
If we cancel a paid session or materially change an undelivered service, we will communicate available rescheduling, credit, or refund options consistent with the offer terms and applicable law. Gold and Diamond terms must be provided in an individual invitation before payment.
